About: A unique typology project was realized: a private antique
car museum in an industrial heritage building, a former
gas holder. The design includes a metal framework with
radially ascending platforms, guiding visitors through
the exhibition. Atriums between platforms enhance
exhibit individuality while showcasing the historic
building’s form. Central to the design is a 5.4m diameter
lift accessing all levels. The structures, resembling large
shelves, are assembled inside, preserving the historic
building’s essential characteristics.
