About: ‘River apartaments’ is a modern space of two, 7 and 8-
storey houses by the Nemunas River, where anyone who
appreciates exceptional quality in their everyday life can
create their lives. Both houses have designed 40
apartments, measuring 51 - 163 sq.m. m. Even 70
percent apartments are larger than 90 sq.m. m.
Apartments are planned in such a way that, without
exception, all residents can enjoy the enchanting change
of seasons on the slopes of the Nemunas from their
living room windows. You can be closer to nature and
feel the rhythm of the river on spacious balconies and
cozy green terraces.
