building transformation (2024)
The project´s goal is to preserve the uniqueness of the
existing building and its surroundings. The
transformation began by maintaining the cultural and
social connection with the city. The outdoor pool is
being revitalized. The former reception area is being
transformed into an indoor SPA space. The materials
used are in harmony with the Curonian Spit and the
untouched nature that has developed around the
complex.
