About: The created concept balances the relationship between
the new complex and the old building. The LRT
headquarters is a strip deep in the plot, tactically
removed from the object to be preserved, emphasizing
its historical importance. The building, accentuating the
intersection, continues the building line of the street.
The southwest corner of the plot is not built on,
emphasizing the importance of the existing greenery.
Six open spaces with greenery - recreational yards with
different characteristics, reflecting the different needs
of the departments.
