About: Urban Hill is a complex of residential houses and
commercial premises designed to create a landmark that
blends with the local identity. The heights of the
designed buildings follow a "staircase" principle around
the reconstructed building. The uniform facade of the
new buildings serves as a background, highlighting the
preserved building, which features the predominant
color of the Karoliniškės district. The project clearly
separates public and private spaces, creating cozy
terraces with picturesque views of Vilnius.
