street, is set in a contrasting area where the green
valley of the Vilnelė river meets a harsh street and
railway, with homes squeezed next to large industrial
buildings awaiting conversion.
The house features an iconic industrial silhouette,
assembled from three-layered concrete castings, and
adds a concrete "crown" to the panorama of Naujoji
Vilnia´s chimneys and factories, while interior spaces
open to the river valley, creating a villa-like, leisurely
lifestyle.
