About: We have prepared an urban concept and a land use plan
for the Gargždai city center, which foresees how to
develop a vibrant and attractive city center. The purpose
of the document is to create conditions for the
development of a coherent, attractive, safe, modern and
convenient city center for decades to come. The urban
concept envisages the development of the central
quarters, the creation of new public spaces, squares,
passages and paths, the renovation of the market, new
public functions are planned in the area of the
converted garages - a library, a museum, a youth center.
