About: The complex is in the southern part of Palanga. It
consists of a SPA with Hotel – a four -story volume
with attic and basement, and five guest houses - three

story volumes with attic. The architectural decisions
ensure the compositional connection, the coherence of
proportions, materiality, and color. The division of
volumes and their scale is based on sizes of the villa
morphotype, while placement adapts to the existing
areas of the trees. Typical and traditional building
materials for seaside architecture are used for exterior

natural wood and clinker tile finish.
