About: We set a goal to not harm the existing building and to
exploit its advantages - its architecture, amazing views,
the special location.Building´s original use was
education so the inside spaces were promising due to
high ceilings (over 3 meters) and exceptionally
monumental interior details that will undoubtedly
enrich everyday life for the new residents. We can
notice that the building was historically designed as a
representative palace. It is pulled back from the main
street perimeter, raised higher, has a clearly expressed
symmetrical composition, and proportional rhythm of
the windows.
