About: When designing the new Pavilnys community center,
efforts are being made to preserve the existing,
historically developed building character (the scale and
height of wooden villas) and to consider and protect the
existing valuable greenery, maintaining the park-like
character of the area. The community center is divided
into three single-story volumes with sloping roofs. This
approach not only allows for the preservation of a
significant portion of the greenery but also enables the
full and balanced utilization of the existing area.
