About: The ministries quarter is an architectural complex.
Openness, vitality, balance of public and closed spaces,
contextuality became the basis of the project´s
formation. Highlights of this quarter: two public
squares and the main hall with a lounge exposed in a
glass volume. The architecture of the complex is bold,
dynamic, representative and functional. The chosen
parametric construction forms expressive urban spaces.
