Aet Ader is an architect, co-founder of b210 architecture office, and the president of the Estonian Association of Architects. Aet was a curator of national and international architecture exhibitions, including Venice Architecture biennale, Tallin Architecture biennale. Aet has won competitions for various buildings and public spaces together with b210 architects. Their main interests include designing schools and educational environments, while her personal focus is on housing. She has taught at the Estonian Academy of Arts, Faculty of Architecture.

Gustavo Silva-Nicoletti is an architect, the founder of onze04, an architectural practice based between Barcelona and Nantes. He graduated from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2000 and trained with architects Enric Miralles in Barcelona and Stéphane Beel in Ghent. His work has received international recognition, including being a finalist for the EU MIES AWARDS 2026, a six-time nominee for the PREMIS FAD, and recipient of numerous architectural awards in France, the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany.

Wes Degreef is an architect and co-founder of BC architects, BC studies and BC materials, a Brussels-based practice combining architecture, research and material production. BC’s work focuses on architecture that is sensitive to people, context and materials, with particular expertise in local materials and innovative building processes. The practice has worked on projects in Europe and Africa and has received international recognition through awards, exhibitions and publications. Wes has taught at several European universities, while BC’s work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Venice Architecture Biennale.
